  • 100% web enabled, staff can enter data including expenses via a network or the internet anytime or anywhere.
  • Data can be captured and analysed at group, client, project, activity, task or schedule level.
  • Invoices can be created, printed or attached to emails easily and quickly, reducing duplication of work and increasing accuracy of information using customized templates.
  • The time and expenses recorded allow you to charge the correct rate. You can charge on position, budget, or override and only show charge-out rates to those who have authority.
  • The invoiced value does not necessarily correspond to the value of work-in progress. You can choose to invoice for more or less. The Recovery (the percentage difference between the value of WIP and invoice) can then be reviewed against projects, clients, billing managers or your entire business.   • Simple notes can be made against entries, which help to qualify the time spent when issues arise over invoices later.
