Training & Support

Sage offers a variety of training classes to meet the unique needs of our customer companies and user types. We offer online training to our Customers as well as on-sitet raining to assist our customers to formulate better business processes using Sage Coretime. Each course is tailored to meet our customers' unique requirements.

Training and Implementation Support

Our training services concentrate specifically on how to utilise, and benefit from, all of the features of coretime.com . A structured training program will be designed between "low end" users with requirement to enter time and expenses only and the "power" users, being management and administration. A detailed timetable will be drafted and adhered to.

During the entire course of implementation, Sage will provide "a hand-holding" service to ensure that the client achieves all its objectives.

Software Maintenance & Support

Sage offers a comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract that includes free product upgrades during the maintenance period. Upgrades to the core product are fundamental to the growth of the product and are typically made available via e-mail or the Internet, every two months. The Annual Maintenance cost is 17.5% of the product cost (excluding training, implementation and data conversion costs - it does include the cost of modifications and enhancements). Maintenance is available Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.30pm, excluding Bank Holidays. Initial support is provided by phone/e-mail. However, if deemed necessary, site visits will be included in the annual maintenance cost.

The first 60 days use from date of installation is deemed to be the warranty period.
