Q. How do I get upgrades to Coretime?

Customers who have subscribed to Coretime's Annual Support contract are entitled to FREE product upgrades which can be downloaded from a secure area of the Company website. Typically upgrades are available every 2 or 3 months.

Q. Can Coretime's customer support team help me?

Coretime offers implementation services which would help your team get up and running on the service. You will receive a dedicated point-of-contact who coordinates activities, establishes deadlines, and monitors progress.

Q. How can I be sure my data is secure?

Access to Coretime is via an encrypted User Name and Password which determines the level of access to be granted to the user logging in (as defined by the system administrator). The Online/web version sits behind the corporate firewall to providing additional security.
